You can increase the number of rows, reverse the sorting order, and narrow the results by time (yyyy.mm.dd) and/or keywords. A few keywords are added either in each headline or after it, most importantly the concerning countries, and a few other relevant terms. A country’s name is not always added if the nationality is mentioned in the headline, so try both ways. Where necessary, abbreviations are punctuated in a way that they stand apart from the rest of the text. For example, the letters CIA can be found in many words, so we consistently use it in the archive headlines as C.I.A. Same goes for U.S. and U.K., but not, for example, FBI or MI5. If the headline is a live link, it opens an excerpt in the Media Digest section of the site; if the source URL is a live link, it leads to the actual source and/or its archived version. New links, to both recent and old articles, are added on an on-going basis, and you can also send us suggestions.
